About Us
Fit and Go Autos is a family run business, which was founded in the year 2008. It all started with a kid named Sam and his dream of working with cars. As a teenager, Sam started working on small car projects in his family home garage, alongside studying to get his qualifications in panel beating and mechanics. It wasn’t long before Sam's dream later evolved from working on car projects from home, to running a business of two successful garages in Watford.

All our mechanics at Fit & Go have been hand picked with one key value in common, their love for cars. Why is this important you ask? Well, we know the only way to do great work, is to love what you do, and we take pride in doing great work for all our customers.

Two core company values that we hold very highly is trust and honesty. We want our customers to always be confident in choosing us. We are always very honest with our customers, whether it be replying to questions about their vehicle to any other issues that may arise; our aim is to be direct, upfront and honest. So rest assured, we will always give you an honest answer, and keep you up to date on any progress regarding your vehicle. We know everyone’s situation is different, therefore we work around each customer, giving limitless options to each project we take on.

Please note, we will never carry out any repairs unless the customer has authorised us and agreed to the cost.

Our mechanics hold a large number of knowledge and experience, we value ourselves very highly on the work we undertake. We are ready to get stuck in with any job, no job is too small or too big.
